It also has glued and blind-stitched seams with waterproof stretch taping (50%) in critical areas.

This suit would be suitable for winter across Australia – however in QLD we would consider this to be on the warm side, but it’s an ideal thickness around Sydney and further south and Victoria.

Mystic Marshall 4/3mm Front Zip Steamer Wetsuit Features:

• Material: M-Flex 2.0, the most flexible neoprene in the Mystic range. It has been updated with even better stretch/durability and flex properties
• Fox Fleece lining: keeping you warm at the critical parts of your body with the revolutionary Flaremesh lining, while Fox Fleece balances between optimal stretch and warmth retention on the parts that need more freedom of movement
• Variable thicknesses: The wetsuit is constructed using 3mm thickness in the high-stress areas (such as the armpit area) and thicker 4mm neoprene in exposed areas such as the large front and back panels
• Glued and Blind Stitched Seams [GBS]: A blind-stitch is used to avoid creating pin-holes in which water can enter the suit, this is done by using a hooked needle that penetrates around 40-60% of the material depth. The non-stitched portion is then sealed with an elastic glue that not only greatly improves durability but creates an additional level of seal. Read our blog on wetsuit seams.
